Monarch Sands Philippine Beach Resort here on Negros Oriental, Philippines, we do our best to make your Philippine Holiday experience memorable and worry-free. Whether you are a Master Scuba diver, or a beach potato, our Philippine Dive Resort facilities are constructed in an age old Philippine tradition. Handed down from generation to generation, from our bamboo floors to our Nipa roofs, each cottage is hand crafted the traditional way. We strive to provide you with the most personal service available. We've got a range of amenities and services that take care of your concerns, from dining options and rejuvenating spa massages to basic needs such as laundry, new Diving equipment to make your Scuba diving in the Philippine an exciting adventure. We are sure you will remember our Philippine Dive resort.
Philippine Beach Resort Restaurant:
Our Philippine Diving resort restaurant strives to give not only great tasting food, but value for your money. From Mandarin Fish to Vegetarian Pizza, our menu and special board is designed to add the energy you need for Scuba Diving on Negros Oriental. If there is a dish that is not on the menu that you want to try, please ask. We will attempt to create it to your liking. We serve the best hamburgers in the Philippines, along with American and Philippine cuisines. Because we make each meal to order, serving time may be a little longer then a fast food restaurant. But, the wait is well worth it. Kick back with your feet in the sand and discuss tomorrow's dive site.... Our Staff tries to expedite the meals by coming around about 5:00 pm taking orders and dinner requests. Our kitchen opens at 6:00 am for the early risers.
Philippine Beach Resorts Dive Shop
Our Master scuba diver is on hand to answer any scuba diving questions you may have or questions about local dive locals or Scuba equipment questions. Our Philippine Beach Resort provides a safe and secure facility for your Scuba equipment over night. Our staff is trained on handling dive gear and the care of dive gear.
Our Beach Cottages:
Our beach cottages are made of Bamboo, Coconut wood and Nipa. Each of our beach cottages were hand made in the Philippine traditional manner handed down from generation to generation. Making us unique among Philippine beach resorts. Each of our beach cottages are fan cooled and designed to take advantage of the cool sea air. Mosquito nets are available for those who require them. We think that our beach cottages add to your unique Philippine experience.

Philippine Diving Resort TRANSPORTATION:
Private Van service from Dumaguete Airport or Dumaguete Pier to our Philippine Dive Resort is only Php 1,400.00 per trip.
Private Van service from Siaton Ceres Terminal to our Philippine Dive Resort is only Php 200.00 per trip.
Beach Resorts Scooter Rental: Php 500-600
Resort Housekeeping:
Beach Resort laundry services: Php 10.00 - Php 25.00 per item
Resort Massage: Full body Php 400.00
Text Messaging: Within Philippines PHP 5.00 to Outside the Philippines PHP 30.00
Scuba Trip or local tour babysitting: Php 25.00 per hour

Philippine Beach Resort Amenities
Our Beach Resort cook and waiter will come around at 5:00 pm and explain the SPECIALS for the evening. They will take your order, time you wish to eat and the table you wish to eat at. If you plan to be out Scuba diving all day, you can order before you leave the Beach resort.
Scuba Diving Magazines and a variety of books are placed in each beach cottage. Additional books and magazines can be obtained at the desk.
Free coffee is located in each beach cottage along with shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. If you forgot an item, it can be purchased at the desk.
Fresh towels are provided daily. Please inform our desk as to when we can enter your cottage for cleaning and trash removal. (Extra towels are Php 50.00 daily)
Clean sheets will be provided every 3 days. If you require additional, Please ask any one of our Dumaguete Dive Resort staff.
Our Philippine diving resort security guard will lock the front gate at 10:00 pm and reopen at 6:00 am. Please tell the front desk if you will be out late.
Wake up call and taxis/van service can be arranged at the front desk.
Mosquito nets, coils, extra fans or extra pillows can be obtained at the Front desk
When you return from Scuba Diving, our Dumaguete dive resort staff will be on hand to clean your scuba gear for the next day and our master scuba diver will be on hand to answer any questions about the scuba equipment or the next day's schedule.
If any of your personal scuba equipment fails during your stay with us. Our Master Scuba diver will make sure you are provided with some of our dive gear free of charge.
The Resort's Owner, our Master Scuba diver, and the staff are extremely proud of our Philippine Dive Resort. There is nothing they like more then to discuss Negros Oriental, the Philippines or scuba equipment, particularly over a cold drink. Please feel free to engage them in conversation.
